Pre-Orders
Jack & Choonia: Road Safety is currently available for pre-order. Pre-orders are expected to ship in October 2026. You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order, and a second email with tracking as soon as your books ship. If the timeline changes, we will let you know by email.

Processing Time
Once books are in stock, orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Standard shipping is a flat $12 CAD. Express shipping is available for $20 CAD. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders of $55 CAD or more — that's any two books. No promo code needed.

Delivery Times
We ship via Canada Post. Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Ontario & Quebec: 3–7 business days
- Rest of Canada: 5–10 business days

Shipping Area
We ship within Canada only.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. During peak seasons (November–December), additional delays may occur.
