Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We ship across Canada via Canada Post. Estimated delivery times:

• Ontario & Quebec: 3–7 business days
• Rest of Canada: 5–10 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free shipping is automatically applied on orders of 2 or more books. No promo code needed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. During peak seasons (November–December), additional delays may occur.
